Super Junior hopes to give people strength through their song
On August 5th, Super Junior finally made their long-awaited comeback on KBS’s ‘Music Bank’. The boys met up with reporters in their waiting room to talk about their hopes for this promotion cycle.
Super Junior began, “Our society is going through such hard times lately…” Leeteuk named some of the issues currently headlining on the news, such as college tuition fees and employment, and went on to say, “I’m scared to even read newspaper articles. There are so many people who are suffering in life and it’s so upsetting. We hope that everyone will listen to ‘Mr. Simple‘ and brush off their worries, if only briefly. We want to be a source of strength for them.”
